About these prices. Prices shown are estimates and starting points based on the scope described. Final pricing may vary according to project requirements, integrations, content, data volume, software costs, security needs, revision requests, and support requirements. A written quotation is provided after the discovery consultation.

Get a rough price in under a minute

Answer a few questions and you will see an estimated range. No email needed, nothing sent, no obligation. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote.

What are you looking for?

Pick one or more.

Why some automation cannot be priced on a web page

A website has a shape you can see. Automation does not. Two businesses can ask for “automatic invoicing” and one takes two days while the other takes six weeks, because the second one has an old system with no way to connect to it.

Anyone who quotes that sight unseen is guessing, and the guess usually gets corrected later at your expense. So for simple, well-understood jobs you get a price straight away. For complex work you get an honest range, then a fixed price in writing once I have actually looked.

What genuinely changes the price

  • How many workflows you need
  • How many apps have to talk to each other
  • Whether those apps have a usable API, or one must be built
  • How much data moves, and how clean it is
  • How many people will use it, and their permission levels
  • Whether AI agents are involved, and how much they run
  • Cloud, model, and API usage costs
  • Login, security, and any regulatory requirements
  • Where a human needs to approve a step
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Testing, documentation, and staff training
  • Ongoing monitoring and how fast you need support

How you get an exact price

Nine steps, and you can stop at any of them. Nothing is charged until you approve a written proposal.

  1. Send an enquiry, or use the estimator for a rough range
  2. Free discovery consultation, with no obligation
  3. We agree your goals and what success looks like
  4. I review the tools and systems you already use
  5. We define exactly what is in scope, and what is not
  6. I identify any third-party costs you will pay directly
  7. You receive a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline
  8. You approve it, or walk away. Either is fine
  9. Work begins
