Synvertex

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

The short version: the only personal information Synvertex holds about you is what you type into the contact form. It is used to reply to you, and nothing else. It is never sold, and you are never added to a mailing list.

Who is responsible

Synvertex, a one-person business based in Sint Maarten. For anything in this policy, contact syncvertexalias1@gmail.com.

What the contact form collects

When you send an enquiry, these are submitted:

  • Your name and email address (required)
  • Phone number, business name (optional)
  • Which service you need, your rough budget, your timeline, the software you already use, and your preferred contact method (optional)
  • Your message
  • Confirmation that you are happy to be contacted

Only the name, email, and message are required. Everything else exists to help give you a more accurate quote, and you can leave it blank.

What happens to it

The form sends your details to this website’s server, which checks them and forwards them to a private email inbox as a message. That is the whole journey.

There is no database. This website does not store your enquiry anywhere. Once the email is sent, your information lives only in an email inbox, in the same way an email you sent directly would.

Legal basis, and how long it is kept

Your details are processed on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, in order to respond to your enquiry.

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, so that ongoing and repeat work can be handled properly, and then deleted. If you become a client, project correspondence may be kept longer where needed for accounting or legal reasons.

The price estimator

The estimator asks about your project, not about you. It collects no personal information, and the answers are not saved. The calculation happens, the range is shown, and nothing is kept.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and does no advertising tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If website analytics are switched on in future, this section and the notice on the site will be updated first.

Other companies involved

Running a website means relying on a few services. These are the only ones that can come into contact with your information:

  • The hosting provider, which serves these pages and briefly records standard technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs.
  • The email delivery service, which delivers your enquiry to the inbox.
  • The email provider hosting the inbox your enquiry arrives in.

Your IP address is also held very briefly in memory to limit automated spam submissions. It is not written down or stored.

If you contact Synvertex through WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not this policy.

Your rights

You can ask, at any time, to:

  • See what information is held about you
  • Have anything incorrect corrected
  • Have it deleted
  • Withdraw your consent

Email syncvertexalias1@gmail.com and it will be done, normally within a few days. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Submissions are checked on the server as well as in your browser. Access to the inbox is protected by a strong password and two-step verification.

Children

This is a service for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.

This policy describes what this website actually does, in plain language. It is not legal advice. If you take clients in the European Union or United Kingdom, have it checked against GDPR by someone qualified in your jurisdiction.
