Questions, answered
If yours is not here, just ask. There is no such thing as a silly question about your own business.
Small business owners without a tech team. Shops, clinics, agencies, and local services. If repeat tasks or emails eat your day, this is for you.
No. You explain your business in plain words. I handle the technical side and explain everything without jargon.
Starting prices for every service are published on this page, so you can judge fit before contacting anyone. After a free consultation you get a written, fixed quote. No surprise costs.
Because the honest answer depends on your systems. Connecting two modern apps is quick. Connecting an old system with no proper way in can take weeks. I price simple work up front and quote complex work after actually looking at it, rather than guessing and correcting later at your expense.
Two kinds. Third-party costs like domain, hosting, and software, which you pay directly in your own accounts and I never mark up. And optional monthly support plans, which start at $45 a month and you can cancel any time. Both are listed openly in the pricing section.
No. Every plan is optional. Plenty of clients take the project, get the handover, and manage it themselves. The plans exist for people who would rather not think about it.
Projects are normally split into a deposit and a balance on completion, agreed in the written proposal before anything starts. Nothing is charged for the consultation or the quote.
It depends on the size of the job. You get a timeline with your quote, so you know what to expect from day one.
Just a short description of what slows you down, and a list of the software you already use. Logos, text, and photos help, but we can sort those out together.
Passwords and API keys are stored in a password manager, never in code or email. Connections use your own accounts, so you keep ownership and can revoke access at any time. I ask for the minimum access needed to do the job.
You get a simple handover, so you are not locked in. If you want ongoing help, I am one message away.
Me, directly. Synvertex is one person, easy to reach. You talk to me, not a call center.
Synvertex is based in Sint Maarten, so if you are on the island we can meet in person. But all of this work happens online, so location is not a barrier. I work with clients across the Caribbean and beyond.
Yes. Seasonal trade, hurricane season, patchy internet, customers who message on WhatsApp rather than email, and staff wearing several hats. These shape what is worth building, and what would just get in the way.
Working with small businesses in Sint Maarten
Synvertex is based in Sint Maarten. If you are on the island, we can meet in person and I can see how your business actually runs. That usually leads to better decisions than a phone call ever would.
Everything I build works online, so being elsewhere changes nothing about the result. Clients further out across the Caribbean get the same service, over video and email.
Areas I regularly work with
- Philipsburg
- Simpson Bay
- Cole Bay
- Cupecoy
- Saint Martin
- Anguilla
- Saba and St Eustatius
- Curaçao and Aruba
Built for how business runs here
- Customers who message on WhatsApp, not email
- Seasonal peaks, where automation earns its keep
- Sites that stay fast on a patchy connection
- Small teams where everyone wears several hats
